Why MVOCs
When occupants smell 'musty' but no mould is visible, MVOCs can confirm active growth behind walls, in HVAC, or under flooring. We screen for ~12 indicator compounds (1-octen-3-ol, geosmin, 3-methylfuran, etc.) by TD-GC-MS.
